CFANNS is a group of concerned parents, residents, and citizens who want a replacement school for North Springs High School in Sandy Springs, GA. North Springs High School is 54 years old and is the oldest high school in Fulton County by 20 years. Although our students, administration and teachers combine to create an excellent school with many wonderful qualities, the age, condition and lack of modern educational support spaces are preventing North Springs students from having the same educational experience as students at newer schools, and in some ways also creates safety concerns for our students.

The PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) and FONS (Friends of North Springs Foundation) works closely to serve and support NSCHS. Coordinating our work and fund raising seems to make more sense together than having two organizations with overlapping goals and a need for volunteers. Starting July 1, 2016, the PTO and FONS became one organization named
Spartan Nation: North Springs Foundation and PTO.

This organization will continue all the support and service activities as in the past. Spartan Nation is a nonprofit 501c3 organization so donations are tax deductible. We encourage you to become involved in the Spartan Nation.
